Detailed Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Develop and implement infrastructure project plans aligned with disaster resilience goals
  • Prepare detailed work schedules, resource allocation plans, and progress reports
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Manage project documentation and maintain technical records

Technical Duties

  • Conduct site surveys and assess infrastructure requirements
  • Review and approve technical drawings and specifications
  • Supervise construction activities and ensure quality control
  • Implement safety protocols and disaster-resistant building techniques
  • Perform regular inspections and prepare detailed reports
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Contribute to disaster preparedness assessments

Coordination and Communication

  • Liaise with government departments and stakeholders
  • Participate in technical meetings and prepare presentations
  • Coordinate with international development partners
  • Contribute to capacity-building workshops
  • Prepare periodic progress reports and technical documentation

Emergency Response

  • Participate in emergency response activities during disasters
  • Conduct rapid infrastructure assessments post-disaster

Educational Background
