Detailed Responsibilities
Project Management
- Develop and implement infrastructure project plans aligned with disaster resilience goals
- Prepare detailed work schedules, resource allocation plans, and progress reports
- Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Manage project documentation and maintain technical records
Technical Duties
- Conduct site surveys and assess infrastructure requirements
- Review and approve technical drawings and specifications
- Supervise construction activities and ensure quality control
- Implement safety protocols and disaster-resistant building techniques
- Perform regular inspections and prepare detailed reports
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Contribute to disaster preparedness assessments
Coordination and Communication
- Liaise with government departments and stakeholders
- Participate in technical meetings and prepare presentations
- Coordinate with international development partners
- Contribute to capacity-building workshops
- Prepare periodic progress reports and technical documentation
Emergency Response
- Participate in emergency response activities during disasters

Comprehensive Qualification Requirements
Educational Background
Mandatory: Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
